• You’re responsible for safeguarding any account credentials and all activity under your account.

3) Product Information; Handmade Variations

• Natural, handmade variations in color, texture, fragrance, and sizing are normal.
• Perform a patch test for skincare; discontinue use if irritation occurs.
• Candles: burn within sight, away from drafts/children/pets, on heat‑safe surfaces.

4) Health, Spiritual & Legal Disclaimers

Our offerings are spiritual/metaphysical and for entertainment and personal growth. They are not medical, legal, or financial advice and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Preorder dates are estimates. Custom items (e.g., headdresses/hats) are final sale once production begins.

10) Subscriptions & Auto‑Renewals

• By enrolling, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
• Cancel before the next billing date to avoid the next cycle. Processed cycles are non‑refundable.

11) Appointments, Events & Workshops

• 24+ hours’ notice required to reschedule/cancel; no‑shows may forfeit payment.
• Participants assume all associated risks and agree to follow venue rules and staff directions.

12) Promotions, Coupons & Gift Cards

Limited‑time, not combinable unless stated. Gift cards/store credit are non‑refundable and not redeemable for cash (except where required by law).

13) User Content & Reviews

You grant Modern Alchemists a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use submitted reviews/photos/content in connection with the Services and marketing. You represent you have rights to the content and it is lawful.

14) Acceptable Use

• No unlawful activity, IP/privacy violations, harassment, malicious code, scraping, or interference.
• No misrepresentation of identity or unauthorized payment methods.

15) Intellectual Property & Site License

All Site content is our IP or used with permission. We grant a limited, revocable, non‑transferable license to access the Site for personal, non‑commercial use.

23) Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class Waiver

• Arbitration: Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona, administered by a recognized provider.
• Class Waiver: Disputes must be brought individually; no class actions/class arbitrations.
• Small Claims: Either party may bring qualifying claims in Maricopa County small claims court.
• Injunctive Relief: We may seek court relief for IP misuse.

24) Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays/failures due to events beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, labor disputes, supply chain issues, governmental actions, or internet outages).

25) Changes; Assignment; Severability; Entire Agreement

🔄 Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your Modern Alchemists experience. Because our products are handmade, ritual‑based, and often customized, our policy reflects both industry standards and the special nature of our work.

1) All Sales Final (With Limited Exceptions)

• Due to the nature of handcrafted, apothecary, and skincare items, most sales are final.
• We cannot accept returns of opened/used items or items removed from original packaging.
• Digital products, services/readings, workshops, subscription boxes, event tickets, and custom orders are non‑refundable.

2) Damaged or Defective Items

• Contact sales@modernalchemistsmmxxi.com within 7 calendar days of delivery with order number, photos of the product/packaging, and a description.
• After review, we may repair/replace, issue store credit, or refund to the original payment method.
• Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

3) Shipping & Delivery Issues

• We are not responsible for carrier or customs delays.
• Responsibility transfers once a package is marked delivered. For lost/stolen packages, file a claim with the carrier; we’ll assist where possible.
• Shipping costs are non‑refundable unless due to our error.

4) Custom & Made‑to‑Order Items

Custom ritual headdresses, hats, and personalized goods are final sale once production begins, except for damage on arrival.

5) Events, Workshops & Appointments

• 24+ hours’ notice required for reschedule/credit consideration.
• No‑shows and cancellations <24 hours are non‑refundable.
• If we cancel, you’ll receive a full refund or a reschedule option.

6) Subscription Boxes

• Charges are non‑refundable once processed.
• Cancel before the next billing date to avoid the next cycle.

7) Refund Timing

• Approved refunds: typically 5–10 business days to the original payment method (processor/bank dependent).
• Store credits: typically within 48 hours of approval.

🚚 Shipping Policy

• Subscription boxes ship on their listed cycle.

• Rates calculated at checkout; primary carriers include USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

3) Risk of Loss

Risk transfers to the customer when the carrier accepts the package and/or marks it delivered. Signature‑required services available upon request.

4) International Orders

5) Address Issues & Delivery Problems

• Please verify your address. Reshipment due to incorrect addresses is at customer expense.

📸 Event Media Release

By attending a Modern Alchemists workshop, event, or gathering, you grant Modern Alchemists the right to capture and use photographs, audio, or video of the event for marketing, educational, or archival purposes, in any media now known or later developed, worldwide, without compensation.

• If you prefer not to be photographed/recorded, please notify us in writing prior to the event or inform staff on site; we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate.
• Minor attendees must be accompanied by a parent/guardian who provides or withholds consent.

📢 Wholesale Terms

Wholesale is available to approved resellers with valid resale documentation.

1) MOQ & Pricing

• Minimum order: $300 per order (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
• Wholesale pricing is confidential; do not disclose publicly.

2) Payment & Lead Time

• Payment due upfront unless otherwise agreed.
• Standard lead time: 2–4 weeks, subject to volume and seasonality.

3) Resale Restrictions

• No resale on third‑party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Etsy) without written permission.

4) Shipping & Risk
